Funding Access Network is an intermediary service that connects qualified businesses with independent funding providers. We are not a lender, bank, or direct capital provider. We do not make funding decisions or guarantee approval for any funding products.

When you are connected to an independent funding provider:
- You will be subject to that provider's terms and conditions
- Funding Access Network is not responsible for the provider's decisions, terms, or services
- Any agreement you enter is directly between you and the funding provider

While we strive to provide accurate information about funding options and timelines, we make no warranties or representations about:
- The accuracy or completeness of information on our site
- Specific funding amounts or terms
- Processing timelines
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funding Access Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any funding arrangements made through independent providers.
Intellectual Property
